Orrori da Gustare is an independent Akyase SRL editorial project. References to television programmes, broadcasters, presenters, restaurants, products or trademarks are descriptive/editorial and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

User submissions

By submitting restaurant data, recipes, articles, images or reviews, the sender confirms they are entitled to do so and grants Akyase SRL the licence described in the relevant form. The editorial team may refuse, edit, unpublish, correct or request evidence for any submission.

Reviews and right of reply

Reviews are moderated before publication. Users must describe genuine experiences and avoid unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or privacy-invasive content. A venue may request correction, reply or removal review through the report-content channel. Publication or non-publication remains subject to editorial and legal assessment.

Food and health disclaimer

Content is informational and cultural, not medical or professional food-safety advice. Some foods involve allergens, offal, fermentation, raw materials or local legal restrictions. Use lawful food-grade ingredients and qualified professionals where needed. High-risk traditional processes are intentionally not provided as DIY tutorials.

Copyright and takedown

Rights holders may report allegedly infringing material. Akyase SRL may temporarily disable content while assessing a substantiated notice and may request proof of identity/rights where appropriate.
